About Pam Dyer

About Pam Dyer, Hmmm. That's me. My name is Pam Dyer. I am a personal trainer and yoga teacher. I am a woman in my 30’s. I personally workout and do yoga regularly. I eat good food often. I drink red wine. I have a little dark chocolate almost every day. I am married with one dog and one cat. I don’t have any children and that often seems to be it’s own story.

I love to laugh. I have green eyes. I recycle, but not because my eyes are green. I once did a fitness competition so I could write down that I did it. I didn’t win but I got a funny story out of it. I have a crooked spine that has given me aches and pains since I was 12, which is why I started exercising and doing yoga in the first place. I love how physical activity has changed my life and I love being able to help others do the same.

I love my job.

I have been a fitness trainer since I was 19 years old. I started teaching group fitness way back then and after a few years decided to make fitness my full-time career. Since my start back then I matured my practice and credentials to also include personal training, yoga, and pilates. I also expanded from working for health clubs to having a private studio in my home and traveling to clients who prefer in-home training.

It has been very rewarding to work for myself and be able to share my passion for health and exercise to others. I look forward with optimism to what the future will bring.
