About Pam Dyer

Hi, my name is Pam Dyer. I am a personal yoga/fitness trainer and holistic nutrition coach. I work especially with busy, professional women who want to improve their nutrition and exercise habits. I love being able to help others through a lot of the same things that I have had to deal with such as eating healthfully and creating the time for my own exercise. I do exercise regularly but I know first hand the challenges that stomp my motivation to do so. I eat good food but I understand how hard it can be to eat well, maintain a busy schedule, and be the cook for my family without feeling it sometimes feeling like a burden.

Something else to know about me is that I have a crooked spine (scoliosis) that has given me aches and pains since I was 12. My spine is the very reason why I have a passion for creating a healthy, happy, balanced lifestyle- I refuse to live a life shrouded in the black cloud of chronic pain. My own back problems and health issues give me a unique perspective on exercise, nutrition, and how important it is to treat your body with the love that it deserves.

I have been a fitness trainer since I was 19 years old. I started teaching group fitness as a hobby and so I could know that I was working out properly and safely myself. I never imagined back then that my hobby would become a career. Over the past 15 years I have had the privilege of working along with some amazing health clubs, community center programs, outdoor bootcamps, and youth groups. Along the way I have seen first hand the power that appropriate exercise and healthy food have in improving the quality of people's lives at every age.

Nowadays, I do personal fitness/yoga training and nutritional counseling from my private home studio in Bonney Lake, WA. It has been very rewarding to work for myself and be able to continually share my passion for health and exercise to others. I look forward with optimism to what my future will bring.
