I'm so glad you were able to make it here. My Workout Studio has been designed to help people in their quest to create and maintain a healthy body.
My name is Pamela Dyer and I am the creator of Fitness Regeneration. I specialize, in what I call, natural fitness.
What do I mean by natural fitness? It's a blend of learning how to get in tune with your body with exercise and good nutrition. Natural fitness includes learning how to exercise with or without equipment and how to make delicious healthy food choices for life. I teach people how to exercise to get the results they are looking for and how to keep active even with a busy schedule or health challenges.
From my private workout studio located in Bonney Lake, Washington, I teach you core conditioning, full body strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and postural improvement, pilates, and yoga. I show you exactly what exercises to do, make sure you are doing them right, and give you the support you need to continue with success.
Part of my natural fitness methods include getting outside to exercise. The advantages of outdoor activity include fresh air and creating energy that you simply cannot get from being inside. Whether you are enjoying the effects of sunshine first thing in the morning or taking on the rain nothing compares to the health benefits from being active outside on a regular basis.
